Riverwoods Master Plan

Larson Design Group is worked with Albright Care Services to prepare a Master Plan for the Riverwoods site in Kelly Township, Union County.

Albright Care Services proposed to substantially reconfigure the existing campus area and to develop currently underutilized portions of the site. Potential projects on the existing campus include demolition of the existing nursing care center, independent living communities with new road networks, a central office, chapel, welcome center, covered parking structures, and self storage areas. Development on other areas of the site included an assisted living facility, nursing care center, maintenance building, warehouse, self storage units, and a greenway and/or river walk. Work completed includes an inventory of existing conditions for the entire site and the preparation of conceptual site plans. The Master Plan provides a vision for future development at the site, including a phased construction schedule.
