The Mifflinburg Buggy Museum contracted Larson Design Group (LDG) to design a new 7,900 sq. ft. building with a partial basement and mezzanine area.
The design created a facility that is attractive for visitors, provides opportunities for general community use and complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards.
The interior features exhibit areas, an auditorium/multi-purpose room, artifact storage, work space, offices and kitchen. The new facility hosts a range of programs from lectures, school field trips, meetings for organizations in the area, special events and receptions.
LDG provided survey, site design, architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical design services.
