LDG served as the engineer-of-record for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural designs as well as providing architect-of-record services design and review services for the Vanderbilt Avenue Hospital, Coney Island, Brooklyn, New York. The project consists of an 18,500-square-foot, steel-framed, two-story medical diagnostic and treatment center. The building included standard and medical specialty exam rooms and offices, a lab, staff work areas, a staff locker room, and conference rooms. The building’s 36 modules were constructed off-site and transported via truck to the project site.
