Energy Savings Performance Contract

This project included the evaluation and design of hydronic boiler systems, heating water and chilled water systems, production process improvements, process cooling systems, central compressed air plants, and radiant heating in over 20 buildings previously served by the Building 3001 central steam plant. Among the facilities were aircraft maintenance hangars, corrosion control (paint) hangars, administration buildings, software test facilities, and manufacturing facilities. Project also included provisions for the shutdown of the main central steam plant in Building 3001 and additions to the Area A and Area C compressed air plants.
