US Army Garrison Kwajalein Atoll Cost Estimating & Programming Support

LDG provided cost estimating, architecture, engineering, and planning support for the preparation of seven DD Form 1391s in support of U.S. Army Garrison Kwajalein Atoll (USAG-KA). These renovation projects spanned an array of facility types: Unaccompanied Personnel Housing, Lodging, Recreation Center, Community Center, Operations Building, and the Airfield.

All of the 1391s were prepared in accordance with AR 420-1, DA PAM 420-1-2, and other applicable guidance. Each of LDG’s subject matter experts met with their counterparts from the installation’s Civil Engineering Squadron. Each of the DD Form 1391s was completed within the accelerated schedule. USAG-KA was able to submit the funding requests to meet their operational requirements. All cost estimates were submitted with a Basis of Estimate and supporting take-off calculations and planning factors.
