Repair Building 852

Building 852 is an approximately 12,000 square foot, 2-story facility used as a multi-room living quarters “apartment style/modular” dormitory at Fort Sill, OK. We were responsible for the design repairs to Building 852 and the surrounding site. We managed the overall design and production of contract documents for a team consisting of architects, structural, and life safety, while performing the design for the Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical. Our engineering services included replacement of the complete building HVAC systems including Plumbing fixtures, water heater and plumbing piping system, along with the heat pump equipment and geothermal piping system. Design also included a dedicated outside air system with ductwork, HVAC controls. Electrical work included new building electrical service with pad mounted transformer along with  new electrical power, lighting, and distribution systems throughout the building.
