LDG supported the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Western Federal Lands (WFL) Highway Division with a feasibility study to analyze long-term facility options for their administration building and materials lab. The study’s objective was to establish objective evaluation criteria and investigate various options for meeting the WFL’s existing and projected space requirements. WFL’s main office building, located within the Fort Vancouver National Historic Site in Vancouver, Washington, had not been renovated in over 30 years and no longer meets the agency’s requirements. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of the best option for WFL’s future facility needs; renovating its current facilities or leasing space elsewhere in Vancouver.
