Ida Israel Replacement Clinic

LDG served as the engineer-of-record for the architectural, HVAC, plumbing, and structural designs and provided HVAC, plumbing, and electrical design calculations and drawings for the Ida Israel Replacement Clinic, Coney Island, Brooklyn, New York. The project consists of a single-story, 13,235-square-foot modular medical office facility. The building included a reception, registration, and waiting area, adult and pediatric exam rooms, dental exam rooms, staff offices and work areas, a staff locker room, and group conference rooms.
