Larson Design Group (LDG) is a Regional Architect for the Mid-Atlantic Region. Our role includes the completion of construction documents for new store projects as well as coordination and administration of project services.
This work is closely coordinated with CVS to ensure the latest prototypical standards are followed. LDG provides complete services from building surveys to construction documentation for free standing buildings as well as in-line stores. All information is produced and stored electronically. LDG utilizes customized checklists to perform quality assurance reviews on all documents./
Since 1998, Larson Design Group (LDG) has been providing construction documentation and administration services for the renovation and remodel of existing retail stores, as well as stores obtained by acquisition. To date we have completed over 1,000 remodel and special projects in 29 states. This includes remodel specifications to convert acquired Eckerd Drug Stores to the CVS image, as well as the implementation of Minute Clinics within metropolitan pharmacy locations.
Services include highly organized building surveys to develop as-built drawings of existing spaces, digital photography, and survey data forms. All information is produced and filed electronically for ease of use. Necessary permit approvals are also coordinated.
