Mavis Discount Tire

LDG provides architecture design services for Mavis Discount Tire’s retail locations, which vary in size from 6,000 to 8,400 square feet and include showrooms, tire storage, service areas, and support rooms. LDG’s services involve preparing a complete set of construction drawings including exterior elevations, floor plans, and interior details. LDG currently manages five prototype designs for Mavis Tire, and will manage modifications to prototype designs to accommodate local community design ordinances and development standards. LDG will periodically review the prototype designs for IBC code compliance, ADA and ANSI accessibility requirements, conformance with the specification book, and to address furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) updates.
