Foot Locker Concept Store

Foot Locker engaged LDG to collaborate on a cutting-edge, 33,444-SF concept store slated for the Miami market. The envisioned store aimed to offer customers a unique experience by allowing them to test out the latest footwear and equipment onsite. Among its features were treadmills, a turf area, and a regulation size half-court basketball court, strategically positioned to serve as both a testing ground for new shoes and a venue for local residents to organize pick-up games.  

 LDG delivered a comprehensive array of services for this project, including Architecture, Mechanical/Plumbing, Electrical, Structural, and Construction Administration. Our team worked closely with Foot Locker to enhance the initial concept, ensuring it met both the brand’s vision and the practical requirements of the Miami market, and expertly navigated the project through the permitting process with Miami-Dade County.
