LDG was the designer-of-record of a new, 22,010-square-foot, single-story, 60-truck hauling company project. LDG provided overall design and project management, including leading the state and local permitting process; structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering; fire protection design, and interior design services. LDG was also responsible for oversight, quality management and direct subcontracting for architectural services. Additionally, LDG performed construction administrative services through project completion.
