Vehicle Maintenance Technical Training Center Design and Construction

LDG provided design and construction services for a new Republic Services training center in Dallas, Texas. The project consisted of an interior fit-out of a new 76,400 square foot warehouse shell building which required modifications from the manufacturer’s design. The project was consistent with a programming study prepared by LDG for the training center in spring 2019. LDG provided project management, cost estimating, permitting, architectural, structural, MEP, site design, procurement, and construction services.
