Heartland Dental

LDG is currently providing architecture and civil, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical engineering design services for the renovation of Heartland Dental facilities nationwide. LDG’s scope of work includes due diligence, building design and documentation, permitting, bidding, and construction administration. The scope also includes coordinating with the client on the owner provided items such as casework, equipment, and IT/communication. The projects fall in to three main categories (prototype, non-prototype, and 2nd generation) based on the square footage of the shell building, unique features of the particular dental practice, and any prior use of the building.
