LDG provided wetland, survey, and permitting work for a 5.8-mile pipeline in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. LDG worked closely with the PA Department of Conservations and Natural Resources (PA DCNR) on all aspects of the routing and permitting of the pipeline project, which was the second phase of the Pennsylvania General Energy, LLC (PGE) large transmission line in Lycoming County. LDG obtained the permits to allow PGE to bore under Little Pine Creek. Within the proposed pipeline stream crossing area, the construction caused permanent impacts to the quality of the riparian buffer along Little Pine Creek. To offset the damage, PGE replanted 806 feet of riparian buffer consisting of shrubs and herbaceous plantings along Little Pine Creek and an unnamed tributary to Little Pine Creek.
