Sahara Office Renovation

LDG developed design documents and provided construction phase services for the renovation of an existing four-story Republic Services office building in Las Vegas, Nevada. The project involved the complete interior renovation via the demolition and replacement of interior finishes and walls as well as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on all four floors. The existing building is a multi-story masonry and glass commercial building. Design drawings were developed for the entire 33,000-square-foot building during the design phase and split into three consecutive construction phases in the comprehensive design set to distribute the project’s capital investment over a period of two fiscal years.
