Charles “Skip” Homan

Charles Skip Homan was elected to the board in 2012. He obtained his B.S. in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University, then attended management programs at both Penn State and Harvard University. He was President, CEO, and Director of Michael Baker Corporation and was President of PBS&J (now Atkins). He has held directorships at several notable institutions, including Robert Morris University, Huntington Insurance, and Sky Financial Corporation. He is an avid runner and outdoorsman.
