Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

With over 25 years of experience across a diverse range of industries, Tim is a seasoned finance professional who brings the knowledge and insight of a long and successful career to his role at LDG.

Tim has served in executive leadership roles in both Accounting and Human Resources and has a deep knowledge of improving processes and implementing positive changes for employees and external clients alike. Throughout his career, he has built shared service teams, implemented innovative technology solutions, led organizations through acquisition and due diligence processes, negotiated employee medical benefits, and established new health and 401k plans. Tim previously headed the finance department of a company that grew from $454 million in annual revenue to over $2 billion during his tenure.

As CFO and a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, Tim plays a strategic role in LDG’s overall management, holding primary responsibility for overall planning, implementing, managing, and coordinating all financial-related activities of the company.

Tim is a past winner of the CFO of the Year award from the Pittsburgh Business Times, one of the most respected business journals in the region, which recognizes financial professionals in western Pennsylvania for outstanding performance as corporate financial stewards. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Duquesne University.
