With a career spanning more than 35 years, Steve brings experience and enthusiasm to his role with LDG, having cultivated a broad and comprehensive knowledge of how to drive growth and identify new sales prospects.

Steve joined LDG in 2018 after a standout career with industry giants like Michael Baker International. He has contributed to the development of billions of dollars’ worth of design and construction across a spectrum of programs, ranging from the Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to healthcare systems, universities and airports. He has built strategic business relationships with clients such as Bechtel Marine Propulsion Corporation, Valspar, and FedEx Ground, in addition to dozens of developers, private corporations, local municipalities, and other federal clients.   

In his role as CBDO, Steve is responsible for leading LDG’s business development efforts, collaborating with operations in developing contracts with public- and private-sector clients by spearheading the company’s capture planning efforts and sales strategies. 

Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & Communications from Point Park University and a completed courses toward a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
