Rajan Sheth

Board Director

With years of experience in consulting engineering and architecture business, Raj brings a strong knowledge base to his role as a member of the Board of Directors.

Prior to his retirement in 2020, Raj served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mead & Hunt, Inc. from 1994 to 2020, and also was CEO of the firm from 1994 to 2018. During his tenure as CEO, the employee owned company’s revenue grew from $10 million to over $155 million. The growth and people focused culture he championed has taken Mead & Hunt’s revenue to over $300 million in 2023 under the current leadership of the company.

Raj serves on the board of directors of two other architectural and engineering companies. He also serves as an advisory director on the board of a construction management firm. Over the last ten years, he has served on six other private company boards, participating in various board committees including, Governance, Executive Compensation and Audit & Risk.

He served four years as one of the seven trustees for the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Retirement Trust, which manages assets in excess of $2 billion. He also served on the Board of Trustees for the College of Engineering at the University of Virginia and on the Dean’s Industrial Advisory Board for the College of Engineering at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He served on the board of Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce (known as WMC).

Raj has Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, India, and a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Wisconsin and a licensed Structural Engineer in Illinois.
