Transportation Operations Manager & Vice President

With more than 20 years of experience in transportation engineering and construction, Joe brings a balanced mix of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to his role.

Joe’s broad knowledge base extends to areas such as highway and bridge designs, federal/state/municipal services, traffic analysis, construction administration, and inspections. Coupled with his ability to create strong bond among his team members, he delivers efficient and timely results for our clients.

In his role, Joe leads a group of professionals, engineers, and technicians and is responsible for strategic planning, business development, budgets, revenue, quality control and assurance and problem resolution.

In addition to his day-to-day work, Joe is deeply engaged in activities that benefit the industry, serving on the national Board of Planning and Design for American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) and on LDG’s Political Action Committee, a bipartisan group that works to support local, state and federal politicians who advocate for transportation-related issues and legislation.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Drexel University and registered as a Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, New York, and Delaware.
