Geisinger Lock Haven Clinic

Larson Design Group (LDG) provided civil engineering services for a new 20,260-square-foot, two-story medical clinic in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. The facility includes a 162-space parking lot, new access drives, utility connections, and full site infrastructure improvements to support urgent care, primary care for adults and children, diagnostic imaging, laboratory services, specialty clinics, and rehabilitative care.

LDG’s services included detailed site surveying, feasibility planning, and preparation of land development submissions. The team led all permitting efforts and prepared comprehensive civil drawings, including grading, stormwater management, utility design, and erosion and sediment control plans. Stormwater solutions incorporated a detention/infiltration basin, underground systems, and rain gardens to meet regulatory requirements, along with securing the PAG-02 NPDES permit and related approvals.

During construction, LDG provided technical support, coordination, and record documentation, delivering a compliant and fully integrated medical facility site that enhances access to healthcare services in the Lock Haven community.
