Project Manager - Highway
Gene utilizes his traffic engineering experience to support a wide array of transportation design projects. He has more than 27 years of planning and design experience for Pennsylvania’s transportation infrastructure and in other states and countries. In addition to improving safety and improved mobility, he has completed projects which have increased efficiency and productivity. His work has ranged from highways, city streets and local roads to intersections, studies, signals, signage and recreational trails.
He has served clients such as PennDOT Districts, Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, Department of Defense Transportation Engineering Agency, the Tri-County Regional Transportation Planning Commission, the Capital Area Greenbelt Association, trail organizations and local municipalities. He is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) of America and American Society of Highway Engineers. He received his bachelor of science degree in civil engineering in 1989 from The Pennsylvania State University.
