Program Manager - Bridge/Office Leader
Quentin leads LDG’s Lititz office and serves program manager-bridge engineering.
Quentin leads LDG’s Lititz office and serves as program manager-bridge engineering. He and LDG’s award-winning team have managed the design of nearly 500 small/medium size structures in Pennsylvania, including innovations such as bridge bundles, accelerated construction and lateral slides. The team also has a niche in historical covered bridge preservation. Widely sought for his expertise, he has presented at several International Bridge Conferences and to a wide variety of PennDOT groups and engineering societies throughout the commonwealth.
In the field of bridge bundles, Quentin and LDG help clients achieve economies of scale in preserving existing superstructures as well as eliminating structurally deficient bridges and extending their functional lives. He also led the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission’s first lateral “pull” slide and ABC construction approaches to successfully replace deficient dual bridges in one weekend rather than over a year or more of time.
Quentin’s commitment to community stewardship includes actively supporting “Bridges for Prosperity,” to teach Messiah College students how to design a key bridge structure at Woodcrest Retreat in Ephrata, PA.
Quentin is the office leader for Lititz.
