Dave Walters, PE
Sr. Project Manager - Water/Wastewater
My desire is to help people as a trusted advisor. My clients know that I am not out to sell a service and walk away. We stick with our clients to the successful implementation of projects.
Thanks to 40 years of water/wastewater engineering experience, Dave has developed a keen understanding of client service, helping clients find the most cost-effective solutions for their project needs, including identifying project funding from private sources, bonds, grants and loans.
Based in our Williamsport office, Dave’s responsibilities include serving as Project Manager for the Williamsport Municipal Water Authority/Williamsport Sanitary Authority. He has served as the project manager for numerous water line replacement and sewer rehabilitation projects and has also assisted with the development of capital improvement plans for the authority’s water and wastewater infrastructure. The water authority maintains approximately 225 miles of water mains delivering 6.4 million gallons of water daily to over 51,000 customers in the greater Williamsport area.
Dave received an Associate of Science in Civil Engineering from Williamsport Area Community College (now Pennsylvania College of Technology) and a Bachelor of Science in Water Resources Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. He is registered as a Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania and holds certifications as a Pennsylvania Waterworks Operator and Pennsylvania Sewage Treatment Plant Operator.
