LDG’s in-house permitting experts navigate complex approval processes with deep knowledge of local requirements and strong relationships with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs). With experience securing tens of thousands of permits across all 48 contiguous states, we streamline everything from due diligence and site investigation reports to building, civil, and specialty permits - often faster than traditional expediting services.

Our Reality Capture is an enhanced service we provide to our customers. Each Reality Capture is a private, password-protected web page with your project's survey data compiled into a convenient, simple interface that's accessible at any time, anywhere!

- Manage Leica Scanners (3 Different types and Matterport)
- Collect existing conditions in the form of a point cloud to be used in Revit or Cad
- Collect 360 Photos for a virtual walk thru from anywhere using either a computer or a phone

LDG’s construction services team advocates for our clients from project planning through completion. We provide early cost estimates, coordinate closely with designers, and review schedules and phasing to keep projects on track and aligned with budgets. For renovations or expansions, we assess existing conditions to ensure a complete and accurate scope. Our services—including materials testing, site visits, change order management, and invoice verification - help deliver projects on time and within budget.
