Project Manger - Federal Architecture
Leaning on a wide variety of experience both personal and professional, Wes brings an invaluable familiarity of federal planning to LDG based not only in technical expertise, but in his service to his country.
From his time as both a U.S. Army Officer and an architecture-engineering project manager working throughout the Middle East, Wes has comprehensive, real-world knowledge of base camp plans. He developed his leadership skills by commanding tactical units in training exercise and in combat operations. He also gained valuable management and government contracting experience while serving as the Master Planning Program Manager for USARCENT, a position with responsibilities that included updating and maintaining the Master Plans for more than 10 Army camps in the Middle East through architecture/engineering contractors and the RPEC Fort Worth Team. Wes received training on base camp plans through the U.S. Army Engineer Captains’ Career Course and Engineer-Basic Officer Leadership Course and assisted in executing base camp plans while establishing a Combat Outpost in southern Afghanistan.
Wes received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University. He is registered as a Project Management Professional.
