Stefanie English, PE

Stefanie is responsible for proposal development, scheduling, budgeting, quality assurance, financial performance, staff mentoring, and business development.

As an architectural engineer, her training and 21 years of experience have given her a broader, more encompassing perspective on buildings and building systems. She is responsible for the coordination of the structural design and detailing of projects including coordination of design concepts into construction documents and specifications. Her practical design experience includes structural design using concrete, stone, steel, wood, and aluminum as well as foundation design and condition assessments. She has also served two terms as the structural engineering representative on the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code Review and Advisory Council. The council is charged with making recommendations to the governor, the general assembly, and the Department of Labor & Industry regarding proposed changes to Act 45 (The Pennsylvania Construction Code Act) and changes that appear in the International Codes enforceable under this act.
