Michael Lincheck, AICP

Michael Lincheck, AICP, is a senior executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in strategic growth, federal program management, business development, and operations within the multidisciplinary architecture, engineering, and planning (AEP) industry.

Michael brings deep expertise in capture strategy, portfolio growth, standard operating procedure development, financial and risk management, and leading cross-functional teams. He has a proven track record of overseeing large-scale federal IDIQ portfolios for clients, including the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, and federal civilian agencies.

In his role at LDG, Mike is responsible for shaping and executing the firm’s long-term growth agenda, including market expansion, revenue diversification, strategic partnerships, return on investment (ROI) analysis, and enterprise-wide growth initiatives.

Based in LDG’s Pittsburgh, PA office, Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Beaver County Corporation for Economic Development.
