Ashleen L. Starr, PLA

Ashleen is a senior planner and licensed landscape architect.

With nearly a decade of experience, she has worked on 30 master plan/feasibility study projects for a diverse range of clients, several traditional design-build projects, and the “Pennsylvania Trail Design and Development Principles: Guidelines for Sustainable Non-motorized Trails” for the Pennsylvania DCNR. Building on this experience, she will help spearhead stakeholder engagement to help identify key issues, develop solutions, and make recommendations to help you meet your short-, mid-, and long-term goals that she will help compile into thoughtful, easy-to-understand graphics, presentations, and a final written report.
