PITTSBURGH, PA – Larson Design Group (LDG), an award-winning, employee-owned national architecture, engineering, and consulting firm, is proud to welcome Tim Kelly as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. An experienced accounting executive and past Pittsburgh CFO of The Year winner, Tim will bring the knowledge and insight of a long and successful career to his role at LDG.
With over 25 years of experience across a diverse range of industries, Tim has served in executive leadership roles, built shared service teams in Accounting and Human Resources, implemented innovative technology solutions, and led organizations through acquisition and due diligence processes. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Duquesne University.
Tim joins LDG from PANTHERx Specialty, a specialty pharmacy providing rare medications to patients with devastating diseases, where he served as Vice President of Finance. During his tenure, the company grew from $454 million in annual revenue to more than $2 billion.
In 2019, Tim was honored as CFO of the Year by the Pittsburgh Business Times, one of the most respected business journals in the region, which recognizes financial professionals in western Pennsylvania for outstanding performance as corporate financial stewards.

As a key member of the Executive Leadership team, Tim will play a strategic role in LDG’s overall management, holding primary responsibility for overall planning, implementing, managing, and coordinating all financial-related activities of the company. He will be based in our Pittsburgh, PA office.
