Industry Leader Frank Terak Joins LDG as Senior Vice President, Federal Markets

Larson Design Group (LDG), a national architecture, engineering, and professional consulting firm, is pleased to welcome veteran business development leader Frank Terak as its Senior Vice President of Federal Markets.

Frank will serve as LDG’s lead for all Federal business development, including market strategies, client relationships, market development, and strategic partnering. This crucial role will serve as a complement to LDG’s current Federal work while bolstering its profile in the numerous additional markets that serve a wide range of Federal agencies, both in the continental United States and beyond.

LDG’s Federal team provides full-service planning, architectural, interior design, and multi-disciplined engineering to all branches of the Department of Defense and a host of federal civilian agencies. LDG has recently expanded the team and its capabilities, offering military planning, water/wastewater, and geographic information systems (GIS) services, as well as architecture services provided as part of LDG’s strategic partnership with LWPB.

“We’re very excited to welcome Frank to LDG and benefit from his years of expertise and industry knowledge,” said David Martin, President & CEO. “This represents a step change for us as we look to broadly expand our Federal portfolio.”

“Joining a team as dedicated and talented as the professionals at LDG is very exciting,” said Frank. “The Federal marketplace offers many opportunities for growth and LDG is well positioned to capture new and challenging assignments worldwide.”

Frank’s impressive career spans 30 years of providing planning, design, and construction services to Federal agencies including all branches of the Department of Defense (DoD) and select Federal civilian agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of State (DoS), Department of Energy (DoE), and the National Guard Bureau (NGB) worldwide. In addition, he has longstanding relationships with numerous private clients including Bayer Corporation, PPG, NiSource, FMC Corporation, General Electric and BP.

Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
