Bruce’s years of dedication have had a measurable, positive impact on the Phoenix Post. He is largely responsible for raising more than $100,000 in the last three years for its Mentoring and Education Fund, which allows the Post to award scholarships, fund an annual STEM event for K-12 students, underwrite sponsorships for competitions like MATHCOUNTS and Future Cities, and more.

“It was an absolute honor to recognize the continuous SAME service of Bruce Preston, especially as the 2022-2024 Southwest Regional Vice President,” said Gen. Wehr. “He has inspired many and has contributed to my ongoing training as the new Executive Director.”
