“I have some big shoes to fill in this role, but I’m excited to take the next steps into the future,” John said. “Last year was a great year with transitioning to 100-percent ESOP, but more importantly, we had a seamless transition of leadership and set a great foundation for the way forward.”

The Board also approved the appointment of Keith Kuzio as Vice ChairChief Information Officer Scott Kantner as a new internal member, and industry veteran Rajan Sheth as a new external board member. Keith served LDG as its President & CEO for a combined total of 20 years and recently transitioned into a Leadership Advisory role. Scott joined LDG in 2017 and brings more than three decades of insights in multiple information technology disciplines and software development to his role. Rajan, former CEO of Mead & Hunt, was appointed to the Board last month and brings a plethora of experience in the AEC industry.
