What drew you to apply to LDG?
I was drawn to the type of clients and projects LDG works with, and the core values. Also, the Columbus office is close to where I live.
What do you enjoy most about working for an employee-owned company?
Everyone is invested in making this a great company. When LDG succeeds, we as employees succeed as well. Decision-making serves our best interest as owners.
Before joining LDG, what was the most interesting or unique job you had?
I worked at a furniture store for eight years as a design assistant, selling furniture and helping with the in-home program they had for designing customer’s homes.
What is something that most people don’t know about you?
I recently got into a type of painting called pour paint, and I really enjoy creating fun abstract works of art. It’s fun to see how the colors will interact as the paint moves across the canvas.
Which one of LDG’s core values do you most identify with and why?
I identify with Learning. I love that LDG takes the time to set aside training hours to better ourselves and our skills. Everyone is open and helpful to answer any questions or direct you to the right person to get the information you need.
