What is your position here at Larson Design Group and when did you join LDG?
I am a Financial Analyst for the infrastructure group and I joined LDG in February 2020.
Three words to best describe you?
Dedicated, patient, and reliable.
What attracted you to join Larson Design Group?
Initially knowing that it was an employee-owned company and always having heard good things in the industry about LDG. At my previous employer, we were alongside LDG at the Southern Beltway project. I periodically checked the website without seeing many accounting/finance roles until eventually timing worked out (also with a few good words from Dave Baum and Damon Rhodes).
Before working at LDG, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
I was a valet for 4 years throughout college at a Country Club & a casino. If I’m lucky enough to choose a part time retirement job down the road. this would be it.
What is your motto or personal mantra?
I always say “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take. ‐Wayne Gretzky” – Michael Scott, for any of the Office fans out there.
If you could switch places with anyone else at Larson Design Group for a day, who would it be and why?
I don’t know if there is anyone specifically that I would choose but being in a technical role for a day would be a great experience. Seeing in depth day to day operations from a technical aspect would help me better communicate/understand things on the accounting side.
What’s something most people don’t know about you?
I enjoy working on and/or using anything with a motor. Cars, quads, dirt bikes, boats etc.
