Stacy Witmer, PE
Project Manager - Electrical
I enjoy working with clients to give them a quality product that makes economic sense.
With 15 years of experience in electrical engineering, Stacy is an invaluable resource to LDG, working as a Project Manager in our Facilities & Building Engineering Department to ensure that a client’s project is completed on time, within budget and within scope.
Based in our Williamsport office, Stacy has worked on some of the area’s most recognizable businesses and buildings, including the Health Innovation Center at UPMC Susquehanna and the Little League World Series Complex.
In addition to overall management of projects including personnel management, budgets, schedules, quality control and client communication and relationships, Stacy designs power plans and completes studies for service entrances, panels and distribution according to the NEC and local codes. He develops residential, commercial, industrial, and highway lighting layouts, using IESNA/AASHTO standards, and designs communication and data wiring plans and fire alarm systems.
Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Pennsylvania State University and is registered as a Professional Engineer in nine states: California, Colorado, Maryland, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia.
