Project Manager - Bridge
A Project Manager with the technical and personal skills to effectively manage projects and bring them to successful completion, James has an innate understanding of how to meet and exceed the needs and expectations of his clients in our Bridge department.
James has 23 years of extensive experience with bridge design, rehabilitation and inspection. He also has served in the role of consultant to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), sharing his valuable experience and insight with the agency in order to help guide and improve their processes. He has been involved in all planning, execution, and follow-up phases of the local bridge design process and has wide-ranging experience in scheduling and coordinating work efforts with other consultants and regulatory agencies.
James received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University and a Master of Science in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University. He is registered as a Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania.
