Director - Business Development - Highway/Office Leader
Bringing more than two decades of experience to his role as Director of Business Development, Damon leans on his proven leadership skills and client-centered focus to deliver dynamic results for his clients and for LDG as a whole.
Damon has experience with successfully building a construction management and inspection group and managing all aspects of major construction projects including implementing standardized construction management procedures; selecting, managing and training staff; developing and managing project budgets; establishing and monitoring project milestone goals; and leading multiple construction management teams on concurrent projects. His leadership skills gained from managing inspection staff and overseeing major construction programs and being involved in all phases of construction from preliminary planning and design to post-construction claim resolution.
Damon, who also serves as office leader of LDG’s Wexford location, has project management experience on complex transportation design projects and traffic engineering practice development. In addition, Damon has significant experience in marketing and securing sales for all transportation engineering service lines including planning, design, and construction inspection services.
Damon received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and is registered as a Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania.
Damon is the Office Leader in the Wexford office.
