Chief Financial Officer & Chair of the Board
One of a handful of women to chair an architecture/engineering firm in the commonwealth, Brenda is recognized as one of Pennsylvania Business Central’s “Women Making a Difference.” She frequently shares her leadership wisdom with professional and community groups on the recurring theme, “Believe that you can make a difference.”
A member of the firm’s board of directors since 1996, and board chair since 2017, Brenda is LDG’s longtime chief financial officer. Under her guidance, LDG is a financially strong, nationally emerging firm which has averaged double-digit growth over the span of 17 years as an ESOP company. She understands how diversity and sweat equity build value and regularly encourages employees to be mindful of their responsibilities as owners.
Brenda’s passion for fine arts and community stewardship includes service as treasurer of the Williamsport Community Theater League and on the advisory boards of the Bloomsburg University College of Business, First Community Foundation of Pennsylvania, Leadership Lycoming and Penn College’s accounting department. She is a 2011 YWCA Woman of Excellence award nominee.
