Associate Project Manager - Bridge Inspection & Maintenance
Aron Lantz, employed at LDG since 1999, has been involved in all phases of project development from concept planning, field survey, preliminary design/final design through construction inspection of projects. He has experience in the design and development of projects on the state and local levels.
Aron meets with and coordinates work with clients, contractors, resolves design and construction issues, and provides follow up as needed. In addition, he provides agency coordination, manages construction inspection activities, and manages LDG’s Special Inspections process.
His experience and education provide him with the ability to successfully navigate complex agency coordination processes, including permitting activities for major projects. Aron has a background as a Project Engineer in the Highway Department at LDG, and before that, with PennDOT Engineering District 3-0.
Previously employed by PennDOT, Aron gained a well-rounded knowledge of highway design, highway construction, and bridge construction. At District 3-0, he worked as a construction inspector, then transitioned on to designing projects. Stormwater management systems, erosion and sediment control and survey/geometry/alignment geometry were focused areas of his expertise. He is familiar with the geometric design standards of PennDOT, AASHTO, Pub 408 Construction Specification, PennDOT RC Standards, ACI Publications, and IBC codes.
Additionally, with a past role as Innovation Engineer at LDG, he is familiar with group process facilitation, consensus building, team building, strategy/business planning, and financial analysis.
