Environmental Services Group Manager - Energy
“Amber is a great addition to the LDG team and brings expertise at solving some of our energy clients’ most complex problems in a highly regulated and publicly scrutinized area of service,” said Christopher Bostaph, vice president of energy for LDG.
Amber leverages her decade of in-house experience with Pennsylvania General Energy to provide knowledgeable, cost-effective solutions for oil and gas exploration companies. She approaches each project knowing that schedules are fluid, timing is critical for meeting fast-paced drilling schedules and that clients want to get their assets to market as quickly as possible.
The focus of Amber’s work is pipeline routing and well pad placement to avoid potential environmental encroachments. Her primary responsibilities are project scheduling, management of field staff, internal quality control and preparation of state and federal permit documents. To accomplish this, she relies on “over-communication” skills to achieve widespread expectations by all parties tracking often-moving targets, a keen anticipation of potential environmental issues and the judgment to know which permits will achieve the best, most efficient results.
In her career, she has attended more than 100 meetings with key state and federal agencies, leading to long-term, trusting professional relationships with regulatory officials in the fields of environmental protection, conservation and natural resources, and the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission and Pennsylvania Game Commission.
