Three Gun Shootout Benefitting the Pennsylvania Wounded Warriors, Inc.

A group of LDG employees in Williamsport recently utilized their paid “community stewardship hours” to volunteer for the fourth annual Hunt Club Three-Gun Benefit Shootout. The event raised more than $46,000 for the Pennsylvania Wounded Warriors Inc., which provides emergency financial assistance to Pennsylvania military veterans to help pay for housing, utilities, transportation, medical and other expenses.

Organized and hosted locally by Little Harbor, Lost 8 Hunt and Larry’s Creek Fish and Hunt Clubs, the event takes a year of planning and attracted more than 170 shooters, 25 guests and 50 volunteers. LDG’s Chris Iachini, Nate Reader, Jon Fronk and Emily Diehl helped set up shooting stations, prepare food, assemble auction items, prepare walking trails, set up tents, the stage area and attended numerous planning meetings throughout the year. The Lost Eight Hunting Club Team comprised of LDG’s Iachini, Reader, Doug Marquardt, Jay Harris and Tim Wood captured the top trophy for the third year in a row.
