Larson Design Group (LDG) is proud to announce that it has been chosen as an inaugural member of the Leadership Susquehanna Valley Hall of Fame, a program to permanently recognize leadership in the Greater Susquehanna Valley.
Many years of support and sponsorship, employee leadership development, and LDG’s culture of employee-led community service and philanthropy to Leadership Susquehanna Valley (LSV) were the factors in designating the firm as one of the honorees.
LSV provides leadership programs to educate and motivate a diverse group of citizens for effective community and organizational leadership and partners with the Greater Susquehanna Valley Chamber of Commerce for its programs and professional management services.
Through volunteer opportunities and educational and leadership programs, the organization gives LDG team members the chance to engage in many of the firm’s Core Values, including Stewardship, which helps realize LDG’s vision to add sustainable value to the communities in which it operates; Learning, which encourages employees to continuously improve and develop as professionals; and Teamwork, which bolsters trusting, collaborative relationships across the company.
