Employee Spotlight: Hannah Hepner

At Larson Design Group, we believe that our employees are our greatest asset. Meet Hannah Hepner:

What is your position here at Larson Design Group and when did you join LDG?

I am part of the Help Desk Support team and I joined in May 2019.

Three words to best describe you?

I think the three words that describe me best are dedicated, technical, and dependable.

What attracted you to join Larson Design Group?

When I was finishing college, I knew I wanted to work for a company that was growing. As I learned more about LDG, I discovered there was a lot of potential for me to grow in my career alongside the company itself.

Before working at LDG, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?

I haven’t had a whole lot of different jobs, but my favorite memories are from working with a daycare while I was in high school.

What is your motto or personal mantra?

I would say my motto would be the idea that ‘what doesn’t kill me makes me stronger’, because struggles and challenges help mold me into the person I want to be.

If you could switch places with anyone else at Larson Design Group for a day, who would it be and why?

I would love to switch places with one of the designers, mainly because I would love to understand how to use Revit and CAD. I can fix Autodesk products, but I sure can’t use them.

What’s something most people don’t know about you?

I was the stage manager at my college theater during my senior year.

What advice do you have for a prospective candidate considering Larson Design Group?

I would encourage any prospective candidates to ask questions during their interviews to help understand the company culture. LDG has a good culture, especially around my office, and I think new hires should know to be excited about that going into a new job.
