The Larson Design Group (LDG) Pittsburgh office is moving into a larger space to accommodate the firm’s continuing expansion, fueled by significant revenue growth since moving to the area in 2012.
The new office is just north of the city in the Cranberry Woods Campus in Cranberry Township, on the fourth floor of the campus’ LEED-certified Building III. It offers LDG more than 22,000 square feet in which to continue its long history of providing innovative architecture, engineering, and consulting services – in the Pittsburgh region and beyond.
The LDG Pittsburgh office has become one of the firm’s busiest in recent years and is consistently included in lists from the Pittsburgh Business Times such as Largest Engineering Firms, Largest Private Companies, and the “Fast 50” Fastest-Growing Companies. This impressive growth is due to several notable transportation, energy and federal government projects and the continued rapid expansion of staff, even during the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The new space has room for 100 employee-owners, and in addition to offices, workstations and conference rooms, it offers a combination of alternative workspaces to facilitate collaboration. The campus itself features a variety of amenities, including an on-site daycare and fitness center; a full-service cafeteria with outdoor patio seating; a 1.5-mile-long walking trail; and conference and training facilities.
