LDG GIS Solutions Featured at Annual Esri Partner Conference

The innovative, client-focused solutions provided by Larson Design Group (LDG) continue to draw recognition from industry expertsMost recently, LDG was featured in a keynote address by Esri, the world’s largest GIS software developer, at the company’s 2021 Partner Conference.

In his presentation delivered during the plenary sessionEsri president and co-founder Jack Dangermond referenced three LDG projects as examples of creative, efficient use of the company’s patented Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technology: the coordination of field activities associated with property boundary surveys for the Alle-Cat Wind Farm project in Western NY; real-time traffic counts and data collection at multiple Air Force bases across the country and Washington, D.C.; and main break dashboard developed for the Southeast Morris County Municipal Utility Authority located in Ceder Knolls, NJ.

It was the second year in a row that LDG projects were a part of the Partner Conference plenary session, which is a session that all members attend – and it was an excellent spotlight on LDG’s industry-wide solutions for the hundreds of attendees, from across the country and as far away as Brazil, Spain, France, Germany and Australia.

We were pleased that Esri asked about the unique or innovative projects we had worked on in the last year,” said Gary Sheets, LDG Vice President of Infrastructure. “Being included in Plenary Session is a real honor and gives our team further proof that we deliver valuable results to clients.

To be selected as an Esri Partner, a firm undergoes a rigorous vetting and application process. LDG became a Silver Partner in 2014 and has continued to maintain that level.
