Larson Design Group (LDG), an award-winning, employee-owned national architecture, engineering, and consulting firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Alyssa Wagner from HR Manager to Director of Human Resources.
“Alyssa’s work ethic and accomplishments have driven this well-deserved promotion,” said Terry Krezmer, LDG Chief Human Resource Officer. “Alyssa exemplifies leadership and motivates others to do their best, and she is a true asset to LDG and its Human Resources team.”
Alyssa joined LDG in 2013 as an intern and quickly became an integral part of its HR team. Her hard work and enthusiasm in support of several strategic initiatives was reflected in her promotion to Human Resources Manager in 2020; she has also served on several LDG committees, including Rewards & Recognition, Safety, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI&B), and Compensation and Talent. In her new role, Alyssa is responsible for day-to-day HR activities including benefits, recruiting, employee relations, performance management, safety, and payroll.
Outside of work, Alyssa is an active member in her community. She currently serves as the Secretary for the West Branch Human Resources Society Board and in the past served on the Lycoming County United Way Board. She also is a 2016 Leadership Lycoming graduate. Alyssa resides in Montoursville, PA, with her husband, Andrew, and daughter Audrey. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Corporate Communications from Lycoming College.
