To facilitate operations at this growing branch office, LDG designed a 5,648 s.f. basement and first floor addition and renovations to the existing interior.

The basement portion features support services consisting of restrooms, employee lounge, storage, and large board/training room. The first floor includes six private offices, open clerical space, and a large bookkeeping room. The renovation joined the new addition with the existing facility, and existing restrooms were eliminated to convert space into to a private office and larger waiting area.

LDG also designed the addition with space for a future elevator to be installed. The space has a knock-out first floor assembly which allows for easy conversion to an elevator shaft, while the basement floor was built with an elevator pit covered by a temporary wood floor system.
