Challenging terrain in southeast Ohio required Larson Design Group to analyze the most suitable orientation and size for the well pad in order to minimize environmental impacts while maintaining minimal construction costs while providing a pad size suitable for safe development of the natural resource.

LDG provided geotechnical investigation and analysis, including a reinforced fill design to ensure the well pad is stable, maximize pad size, and minimize earthwork, disturbance area, and environmental impacts.

LDG provided: pre-development site scouting and feasibility; site engineering and permitting with ODNR; environmental review and encroachment permitting including wetland delineation; road user maintenance agreement; geotechnical investigation and design; construction specifications and bidding; and construction inspection services.
